Cock-jacking Justin Timberlake

Justin Timberlake released a video today for his song Filthy. It’s the one where he seems to be mansplaining to an audience full of Asians how to do robotics. JT wanted it to be the music event of the weekend. And since it’s Golden Globes weekend, he’s cock-jacking his wife’s Golden Globe nomination shine. Cock-jacking is JT’s thing. Every time it’s someone else’s turn, he shows up and starts flailing his arms and legs around like ME ME ME ME ME.

What do you call it when a cock-jacker gets cock-jacked?

Because the video that people are actually talking about today (continued from yesterday) and probably all weekend is Bruno Mars' Finesse remix featuring Cardi B. It’s a throwback, a reverent homage to In Living Colour that’s bringing fresh funk and happiness to everyone who’s watched it – which is everyone, multiple times. I know you’ve seen it already…but here… do it again.

This is the video JLO is talking about and reminiscing about:

This is the video so many of you went back to immediately after shrugging at Justin Timberlake’s Filthy.

But JT’s also been cock-jacked by someone else.

Jay-Z released his video for Family Feud, directed by Ava DuVernay and starring everybody awesome, including the Blue Ivy Carter and Beysus last Friday exclusively on TIDAL. Which means a lot of people missed it. (Duana and I discuss the video on the latest episode of Show Your Work .) But late yesterday Jay-Z put Family Feud on YouTube. So for those of you who haven’t seen Ava’s short film and the future by Blue Ivy, here it is…

Jay-Z, Cardi B, and Bruno Mars have all been nominated for multiple Grammys. The Grammys are happening on January 28th and the Grammys typically feature collaboration performances. Cardi and Bruno on stage at the Grammys together doing Finesse? Yes, please. Jay-Z is coming into the Grammys with the most nominations of all. Will Beyoncé join him on stage? Yes, please. Childish Gambino was confirmed yesterday for a performance as he’s up for Album of the Year. Will they invite JT, who’ll be promoting Man Of The Woods to bring something from the new album? Probably, I guess. But, serious question, who needs him?
